I'm an avid learner. I am always seeking more information on almost any topic and love asking questions (I'll stop if it annoys you, I swear).
My experience lies in coming up with creative solutions for tough problems, planning out the features that make them work, and working with teams to make sure users are happy. I've had some great successes in the past, and I bring a collaborative, results-driven approach to everything I do.
I'm someone who loves to learn and solve problems, especially in the startup space. I've been following it for years and find it fascinating to see how people tackle different challenges. Whenever I find a new product, I can't help but think about ways to make it better for users.

I have spent more than 2 years as a Product Manager here at Geektrust, where my main two projects were re-designing the B2C app and improving operational efficiency through product.

Achievements:
- Contributed to the redesign of our B2C application, collaborating with cross-functional teams from ideation to implementation
- Led initiatives to significantly reduce the average response time for candidate applications from 60 days to 3 days, through product improvements
- Drove an increase in profile completion rate from 50% to 80%, utilizing data analysis and user research to implement targeted product improvements
- Designed and executed the matching algorithm between job requirements and candidate qualifications from conception to deployment

User Research - understanding their pain points and experience on the platform by running user interviews
Problem-Solving - talking to the right users and teams, and looking at the right data to analyse the problem and figure out the right solutions
Feature Prioritisation - leading projects from ideation to launch, including setting timelines and managing resources

Joining the startup in its early stages, I was part of the Founding Team where I had a key role in multiple departments including but not limited to – Growth, Product and Design.
Accomplishments:
My biggest achievement was the acquisition of the first 60,000 users to the platform organically (that is, no paid marketing)
Built and established the company blogs that published 2 articles daily
Established the Customer Support process from scratch which included automated messages and ticketing process on HubSpot reducing the time taken to solve queries by over 50%
Maintained a Click-to-Open rate for emails at 16% (higher than the industry average)
Wrote and edited articles with an average of 200 views per article
Improved the Alexa Rank of the company domain from 10M to 200K

CONTENT MARKETING CAMPAIGN
Sept 2018 - March 2019
Aim: To bring the brand to the market, and acquire potential customers to the waitlist.
Tools and Platforms: WordPress, Hootsuite, Reddit, Twitter, Google Sheets
Process:
Created the Bank of Hodlers Blog for information regarding cryptocurrency and blockchain using WordPress
Created the Content Calendar and set up the Content Marketing process
Led the 5-member Content Team which produced 10 articles per week
Engaged with the community on Reddit and other forums to increase brand awareness
Scheduled posts on various social media platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn using Hootsuite

Outcomes:
Waitlist goal of 1,000 subscribers was achieved
Average views per article were approximately 200 with a few crossing 1,000 views

AIRDROP CAMPAIGN
May 2019 - November 2019
Aim: To bring the product to market, and acquire users to the platform
Process:
Using the community to encourage referrals and acquire new users by rewarding both parties with BOH tokens
Rewarding users based on actions completed on the platform
Getting listed on major cryptocurrency-related websites to increase brand awareness
Engaged with the community on social media platforms to acquire users
Outcome: Successfully acquired 60,000 users via the Airdrop campaign

PREDICTING PREMIER LEAGUE 2019-20 RESULTS
April 2020
Aim: To determine the results of the postponed fixtures of the Premier League 2019-20 season
Tools and Platforms: Python, Microsoft Excel, Kaggle, Premier League Website
Process:
Used Kaggle and the Premier League website to retrieve information such as results so far and fixtures remaining
Used Python to check each team's performance in their previous games and and determine the scorelines of each game
Result: The results regarding the final table and match predictions can be found in this blog post.
